Return requests within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Return window

Requests should be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please include the email address and order number used at checkout when asking for help.
Items should be unused and returned in original condition whenever possible.

Items that may not qualify

Products returned after extended use or with damage not caused in transit may not be eligible.
Orders sent back without prior approval can slow down the review process.
Any item marked final sale at checkout would not be returnable.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, contact us as soon as possible.
Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so we can review the claim faster.
When the issue is confirmed on our side, we work to resolve it promptly.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Your payment provider may take additional business days to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
